By accessing or using the Sahyadri Explorer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Sahyadri Explorer provides a web-based user interface to view publicly available data from the Sahyadri blockchain. We do not facilitate the execution of transactions, nor do we provide financial services, custody of assets, or wallet management.

Permission is granted to use the explorer for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Sahyadri website.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering/extraction methods for malicious purposes.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Use the site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our servers.

The Sahyadri brand, including its logo (the Sahyadri Peak design), name, and custom UI elements, are the intellectual property of Sahyadri Core and its contributors. Unauthorized use of these branding elements is strictly prohibited.

In no event shall Sahyadri Core or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Sahyadri Explorer, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Sahyadri Core reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We may also revise these terms of service at any time without notice.

Any claim relating to Sahyadri Explorer shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the core project contributors operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
